Federico moved to London in 2018 to study Virtual Reality at UAL London College of Communication.
After the master’s degree, he worked for three years as the coordinator of the Venice Immersive section at the Venice International Film Festival. Since 2022, he has been collaborating with Immersive Tech Week and IFFR Pro as producer of their respective markets dedicated to XR projects.
Since 2024, he has been Project and Community Manager at XR4Europe, the European association dedicated to the XR sector.

Kiira is a multi-dimensional director crossing the mediums of theatre, hybrid cinema and virtual reality.

After her studies as a product designer at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK), Charlotte turned to the conceptual side of this field as a curator and writer.
Through exhibitions and texts, she contextualises the ever-changing landscape of design and cultural currents. She lives and works between Berlin and Milan.

Ana is a curator and producer specializing in AR/MR/VR technologies.
From 2022 to 2024, she served as Immersive Curator at the Tribeca Festival, where she curated Tribeca’s first guest immersive art show at Mercer Labs, attracting some 50,000 viewers.
Ana also serves as an expert to the European Commission, and has collaborated with Warner Bros., Canal+, Paramount, Yahoo, Digital Catapult, and National Film Board of Canada. In 2025, she was appointed Creative Director, EMEA at Moment Factory.

Michele, architect, studied in Venice where he worked with Giancarlo De Carlo, Hans Ulrich Obrist, Armin Linke.
Later he worked for ten years with Stefano Boeri, moving to Milan, becoming partner of Stefano Boeri Architetti and co-founding SBA China.
Since 2011, he has led the DONTSTOP Architettura studio with Marco Brega. He works with the Sino European Innovation Institute as creative director, is curator of the Across Chinese Cities program at the Venice Biennale and XPort at Suzhou Design Week. He has published books and articles in international journals, teaches and collaborates with different universities.

Since May 2014, Kent has published ~1500 Voices of VR Podcast interviews featuring the pioneering artists, storytellers, & technologists driving the resurgence of virtual & augmented reality.

Avinash is VR-maker, director, creative technologist, and international speaker on the topic of Immersive works.
He is founder of WeMakeVR, with notable productions such as Ashes to Ashes, Meeting Rembrandt, Ahorse!, Angels of Amsterdam, and most recently The Saga of Sage.
Angels was part of the official 78th Venice Biennale selection, and the first Dutch VR work ever to be selected for the competition. Avinash was also involved behind the scenes of The MetaMovie presents: Alien Rescue, a metaverse (live social VR) experience which won Best Multi- player Experience during Raindance 2021, Best Experience of the Year at the XR Must Awards 2021, and Experience of the Year at the 2022 VR Awards.
Currently he is working on the next generation of immersive experiences, including new live social VR/ Metaverse performances, hybrid theatre/music/vr works, educational works, high-end volumetrics, and shared space multiuser VR experiences. The most recent piece is The Saga of Sage, a multiplayer music-x-metaverse experience, which premiered at ADE, October 2023.

Paolo was born in Milan in 1962, just as he had always wished.
Since 2007, he has been an adjunct professor at the University of Pavia (degree programs in Communication and Modern Philology). From 2020 to 2024, he taught at Raffles Milano Istituto Moda e Design.
He focuses particularly on the relationship between technology and social change. He has written about journalism, digital culture, and the transformation of reading practices in the screen-based ecosystem.
He is among the founders of Spindox (a consultancy specializing in digital transformation), where he serves as president, and of Betwyll (a startup developing edutech solutions).

Celine is a director of transdisciplinary art, at the intersection of theatre, visual art, and immersive media.
By combining new music and XR, she creates all-embracing-art-works, that invite the audience on contemplative journeys in sounds and images.
After premiering at Venice Immersive 2022, her VR opera Eurydice was awarded Best Immersive Experience at GIFF in Geneva, and a Silver Yusr at RSIFF in Jeddah. Her latest VR opera Songs for a Passerby premiered at the Mostra 2023, winning the Venice Immersive Grand Prize. Since then, it has toured prestigious cultural venues worldwide.

ecoLogicStudio is an architecture and design innovation firm specialized in biotechnology for the built environment.
Co-founded in London in 2005 by Claudia Pasquero and Marco Poletto, the studio has built a unique portfolio of biophilic sculptures, living architectures and blue-green masterplans.
In 2018, it has joined the Synthetic Landscape Lab and the Urban Morphogenesis Lab to create the PhotoSynthetica venture.
Together they are developing scalable, nature based design solutions to the imminent impact of climate change and to our contemporary quest for carbon neutrality.

Claire Fitch is a PhD candidate working at the intersection of geography and media studies, studying the spatial imaginaries of immersive media and post-phenomenology in the digital age.
Her research considers how virtual reality functions within contemporary technosocial and socio-material conditions to produce paradigms, designs, and enactments of novel human-technology-environment relations.

Derrick de Kerckhove is a Canadian sociologist and essayist of Belgian origin, known for his research on media and culture. He is considered the intellectual heir to Marshall McLuhan.
From 1983 to 2008, he directed the McLuhan Program in Culture & Technology at the University of Toronto, later teaching at the University of Naples Federico II.
He is currently Scientific Director of Media Duemila, Scientific Advisor to the Osservatorio TuttiMedia, and Visiting Professor at the Politecnico di Milano.
Among his major works are The Skin of Culture, Connected Intelligence, and The Architecture of Intelligence, in which he introduced concepts such as “brainframes” and “connected intelligence,” analyzing how technologies shape both our minds and our societies.

Eleni Petaloti and Leonidas Trampoukis are the duo behind Objects of Common Interest, blending art, design, and architecture between New York and Athens.
Their work, from objects to immersive environments, has been showcased at venues like the Noguchi Museum and Milan Design Week. They also co-founded LOT office for architecture. Notable projects include the Doric Column with Kvadrat and Lights On in Italy. They have received accolades such as the Wallpaper* Design Awards and are on the AD100 list for top designers and architects.

Riccardo is a director, writer, and theatre educator.
He graduated in Theatre Directing from the Paolo Grassi School of Dramatic Arts in 2006 and earned a degree with honours in Performing Arts from the University of Bologna in 2012. He has worked with renowned directors including Gabriele Vacis, Cesare Lievi, Renato Sarti, and Elio De Capitani, and since 2011 has taught at the Fondazione Paolo Grassi.
His work focuses on original dramaturgy and stage writing, collaborating with Generazione Disagio and Teatro dei Gordi on award-winning productions. With Teatro dei Gordi, he created Sulla morte senza esagerare, winner of the 2015 Premio Scintille.

Mathieu is an author and director, trained as an architect d.p.l.g. at ENSA-Paris Malaquais.
He inscribes his practice in the growing interaction between virtual and real worlds, seen as a new territory carrying stories and emotions. His projects have been selected in numerous festivals around the world. He is a laureate of the first edition of La Villa Albertine (2022), a member of the Open Documentary Lab of the MIT and the founder of La prairie productions (2010).

Sara Tirelli is currently the Artistic Director and Co-Founder of CSC Immersive Arts, a new department of the National Film School of Italy of Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (CSC) dedicated to XR media.
